Step 1: Add or Convert Your Product to FBA

If not yet listed:

  • Go to Inventory > Add a Product

  • Create a new listing or select an existing one

  • Set fulfillment method to “Fulfilled by Amazon” (FBA)

If already listed as FBM:

  • Go to Manage Inventory

  • Click the drop-down beside the product

  • Select “Change to Fulfilled by Amazon”

Step 2: Create a Shipment Plan

  • Go to Inventory > Send to Amazon

  • Choose your “Ship from address” (home, office, prep center)

  • Select your packaging type:

    • Individual products: Mixed SKUs per box

    • Case-packed: All units in a box are the same SKU

  • Enter unit quantities, box dimensions, and box weight

Step 3: Label Your Products

Each unit must have an Amazon FNSKU barcode label (unless using manufacturer barcode).

How to Get Labels:

  • In the shipment workflow, download FNSKU labels as a PDF

  • Amazon formats these to 21 or 24 per sheet

🖨How to Print and Apply:

You have two options:

  • Option 1: Use a standard printer, cut out the labels, and apply with clear sticky tape

  • Option 2 (Recommended): Use a thermal printer (e.g. Dymo, Rollo, Zebra) with label rolls for fast, clean results

✅ Tip: Place labels flat and avoid covering barcodes with seams or wrinkles

Step 4: Provide Box Content Information

Tell Amazon what’s inside each box.

Choose one:

  • Use the web form in Seller Central to assign SKUs to each box

  • Upload a packaging spreadsheet

  • Use 2D barcode labels (for advanced users)

Step 5: Choose Delivery Method

Amazon will assign a Fulfillment Center (usually in Sydney or Melbourne).

🚚 Shipping Options:

  • Amazon-arranged delivery: May not always be available in Australia

  • If unavailable: You must book your own delivery using a third-party courier

Popular options:

  • Sendle

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

  • CouriersPlease

  • TNT / FedEx

  • A 3PL or freight forwarder

📌 In Seller Central, choose “Self-arranged delivery” if booking it yourself.

Step 6: Print Box Labels

  • Amazon provides box labels in PDF format

  • Print 1 per box

  • Stick labels flat (not on seams)

  • Use thermal or standard printer

  • If printing on paper, apply labels using clear sticky tape (barcode must be readable)

Step 7: Ship Your Boxes

  • Drop off your cartons or book a pickup with your chosen courier

  • Ship to the exact address Amazon gives you in the shipment plan

📦 Boxes must:

  • Be under 23kg

  • Be sturdy, sealed, and labeled correctly

  • Include “This Way Up” or “Fragile” stickers if needed

Step 8: Track Your Shipment

  • Go to Manage FBA Shipments to monitor progress:

    • Shipped > Delivered > Checked-In > Receiving > Closed

  • Save your tracking numbers and courier info

If units go missing or are damaged, open a “Reconcile Inventory” claim in Seller Central.
